LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL REPORT USAGE

Licensed Work: Thermoformed Packaging: 2025 Analysis & Outlook (the “Report”)
Licensor: Clefs Advisory LLC
Licensee: [Purchaser Name / Organization]

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Report for internal business purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

  1. USAGE TERMS

The Report is provided solely for the use of the Licensee and may not be:

  • Reproduced, redistributed, or published in any form;
  • Shared with any third party (including colleagues outside the named licensee);
  • Posted online, including internal company portals, without written permission;
  • Incorporated into derivative works or used for commercial resale.

Custom licensing for multiple users, internal distribution, or republishing is available upon request and requires prior written approval.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Report and all associated content remain the intellectual property of Clefs Advisory LLC. No ownership rights are transferred through this agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Licensee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Report and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Watermarked copies are traceable to individual purchasers.

  1. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

The Report is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of the Report.

  1. TERMINATION

Any breach of this agreement by the Licensee will result in immediate termination of the license, without refund, and may result in legal action. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Report.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
